Project Overview
Large-scale residential infrastructure and township greenery development for Hero Realty & Infra Private Limited. Our B.Sc. and Ph.D. Agriculture experts selected a scientific mix of over 19,000 architectural plants, dense hedges, exotic statement trees, and elite turf to create an immediate luxury aesthetic while ensuring long-term climate survival.
The Challenges Faced
Executing massive-scale township greening on an active residential infrastructure construction site with compacted subsoil, heavy construction dust, and variable soil permeability while ensuring an exceptional survival rate across thousands of botanical varieties under extreme Lucknow weather.
Our Work & Result
Our specialized teams managed the entire process from start to finish—including deep site clearing, mechanical subsoil aeration, organic manure blending, precision leveling, and immediate root-to-soil pressing. We installed specimen-grade Olive Trees, White Frangipani, and Crape Myrtle as plaza anchors, running ornamental borders of Plumbago and Wedelia along walkways, dense Clerodendrum and Ficus dust barriers, and luxury Zoysia japonica turf lawns, guaranteeing an excellent 95%+ survival rate across the estate.
